1. Acceptance
By accessing beneficialstrategies.com or using the ISO 20022 AI MCP Server (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. The Service
The ISO 20022 AI MCP Server provides AI assistants with structured, queryable access to the ISO 20022 financial messaging specification. It is a reference and development tool — not financial, legal, or compliance advice.
The Service is provided for:
- Software development and integration work involving ISO 20022 messages
- Research and analysis of the ISO 20022 specification
- Education and training purposes
The Service is not a substitute for:
- Official ISO 20022 documentation or your ISO 20022.org membership
- Compliance review by qualified professionals
- Legal or financial advice
3. Accounts and authentication
Access to Free and paid tiers requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unauthorized purposes.
4. Subscription tiers and payment
Free tier
The Free tier is provided at no charge and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to build a competing ISO 20022 specification database or reference service
- Scrape or bulk-export specification data beyond what your subscription tier permits
- Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass subscription tier restrictions
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access
6. Intellectual property
The ISO 20022 specification data made accessible through the Service is owned by ISO and subject to ISO’s terms of use. Beneficial Strategies has organized and made this data queryable — we do not claim ownership of the underlying specification.
The website content, software, and trade dress of Beneficial Strategies are owned by Beneficial Strategies and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The specification data is complete, current, or free from errors
- The Service will be available without interruption
- Query results are suitable for any particular compliance or regulatory purpose
The ISO 20022 specification is maintained by ISO. Always verify critical implementation details against the official specification at iso20022.org.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beneficial Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in specification data, service interruptions, or decisions made in reliance on Service output.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the Service and these terms
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify users via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
